MarcMethode is owned and operated from Houston, Texas, United States. Our services include online fitness courses, coaching programs, premium supplements, and digital content created by Lic. Marco Reyes.

The information provided on this Site, including all training programs, nutrition advice, and supplement recommendations, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our programs or supplements. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through our authorized payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or third-party platforms such as Hotmart). By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Refund Policy
Digital Products and Courses: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the program content. Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored.
Physical Products (Supplements and Gear): Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including videos, training programs, written material, branding, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of MarcMethode and Lic. Marco Reyes.
